Could This Be the Best iPhone Kirf?

What is kirf? Short for “keeping it real fake.” Kirf is a knock-off, a rip-off, a bootleg. You see them all the time, kirf iPods, iPhones, cell phones, DVD players, etc. Kirf generally originates from somewhere in China. As expected, kirf products usually lack in quality build and a subject to total shittiness.

Meizu, a Chinese-based company run by CEO, Jack Wong is notorious for kirfing Apple’s products, since the iPod nano. Interestingly enough, their kirfy products weren’t too bad. In fact, a lot of people recommended Meizu’s kirf iPod nano because it played video before the real ones did.

Meizu’s M8 doesn’t hide the fact that it’s inspired by the iPhone. Gotta admit, the tune is quite catchy and the phone actually could out-iPhone the iPhone in China.
